Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued when:
- Product is unavailable
- Harvest conditions prevent fulfillment
- An error occurs in processing
Because sweet corn and other farm products are perishable, refunds generally cannot be issued after pickup has occurred.
Quality Concerns
If you believe there is an issue with product quality, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer replacement product or store credit.
